Is het tijd om uw HR-functie, afdeling te auditen? Het antwoord is ja!
Indien je de HR-functie voor een nieuwe werkgever overneemt, inricht voor een start-up, deze bekijkt bij een overname of fusie of gewoon wilt weten waar je aan toe bent, dan is het tijd om je HR-afdeling te auditen.
Het uitvoeren van een jaarlijkse interne audit is de best solide oefening. Het is dan ook verstandig om geselecteerde processen te herzien, aangezien de voorschriften het hele jaar door veranderen. Ongeacht wanneer u ervoor kiest om te auditen, het is belangrijk om de gezondheid en efficiëntie van uw HR-operatie te kennen.
