“Change Manager Expert” is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Bart. I had the pleasure of working with him for 1.5 year, collaborating on the Essent project. I was impressed by Bart’s ability to deal with even the most delicate situation – effortlessly. Bart is extremely strong in Change Management and he is not only interested in the company’s bottom line, but also in his employees' professional growth and future. Bart did a really great job on this project and would be an asset to any company!

Bart is a person who gets things done. He actually did a lot of amazing things in the short period of time we worked together. Some of the changes that were made were not easy, but Bart is also able to make difficult but needed decisions. I was honoured to work with him.

It was a pleasure of working with Bart at ING. During this time, Bart held different positions, and every time we worked together the outcome was very positive. He is a person with the right focus, a strong ownership and driving for results all the time. Bart is solutions oriented and highly motivated with great communication skills. He is definitely an asset to any company that he’s with.

Bart is amazing to work with and has outstanding experience in leadership, strategic planning, incredible business insights, extensive accounting and financial knowledge, change management, people management, a real hands-on mentality and last but not least thrives like no other during challenging periods.

Rita was responsible for our site in the Belgium. This was a very complex, unionized site, employing more than 140 people. Rita successfully managed all aspects of HR on the site, including a difficult restructuring process resulting in a reduction of employees, transfer of business and people and finally the closing of the site in a human way. Rita integrated quickly into the company and board level where she acquired very fast the business and established herself as a trustable, respected and capable Human Capital Manager.

Beste, ik ben zelf 2 jaar geleden als jonge shopmanager gestart bij Gab. Omdat ik het reilen en zeilen van het bedrijf nog moest leren heeft Van Poeyer Rita hier een heel belangrijke rol in gespeeld. Met haar empatisch karakter heeft zij mij en zoveel andere medewerkers met haar enorme kennis opgeleid. Niets is haar teveel en ze behandelt iedereen met respect en als gelijke. Ik heb met Rita enorm veel gecommuniceerd en kreeg vaak meteen uitleg en antwoord. Zij is al die jaren een grote meerwaarde voor gab en heeft iedereen in het bedrijf veel aangeleerd. Zij werkt snel,punctueel en grondig en door haar kennis vaak onmisbaar. Een grote aanwinst voor welk bedrijf zij ook gaat werken. Tenslotte ben ik heel dankbaar voor de aangename en constructieve samenwerking maar het allerbelangrijkste de ervaring en kennis die je mij hebt bijgebracht.
